Notice on the RMUC 2024 Season Plan

Participants: Teams from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and overseas that have passed the RMUC 2024 Rules Exam. This session is required for both Tier-1 and Tier-2 Teams.

Participation: Participants should participate as a team and log into the registration system with the Captain’s account.

Submission Time: December 4, 2023, 18:00 - December 6, 2023, 18:00 (Beijing time)

Passing Requirement: Scored 45% or more

Submission Content: 

Refer to the requirements in Appendix 1 of "RMUC 2024 Participant Manual" and the following templates. The documents should be written in a logical manner, preferably providing statistics, charts, flowcharts.

1. Season Plan: Refer to "[Template] RoboMaster University Championship Season Plan" (DOWNLOAD: Click to download), PDF format

2. Season Schedule: Refer to "[Template] RoboMaster University Series Season Schedule" (DOWNLOAD : Click to download), Excel format

3. Budget: Refer to "[Template] RoboMaster University Series Season Budget" (DOWNLOAD:  Click to download), Excel format

4. Cuture Building Report: Refer to "[Template] RoboMaster Culture Building Report",  (DOWNLOAD:  Click to download), PDF format

Submission Requirements:

1. PDF format: Songti (Chinese) or Times New Roman (English) , 12 pt, with 1.5 lines spacing

2. Excel format: Font: Songti (Chinese) or Times New Roman (English), 11 pt, wrap text, AutoFit Row Height and Column Width, vertical center for all text unless otherwise specially requested

3. File name: University/College Name + Team Name + Season Plan/Season Schedule/ Budget/Cuture Building Report

Privileges for Passing the Assessment:

1. Obtain the product discounts corresponding to this session. Refer to the "RMUC 2024 Participant Manual" and "RMU 2024 Instructions for Purchasing Materials" for more details.

2. Obtain the eligibility to the Referee System Exam

3. According to the final rankings of Season Plan, teams ranking top 2 will each receive a set of RM2020 Referee System for Standard Robot (excluding the Video Transmitter Module), while teams ranking top 3 to 10 will each receive one RoboMaster GM6020 Brushless DC Motor and one RoboMaster Battery Rack.

4. Since the Captain, Vice Captain and Project Manager play an important part in writing the season plan documents, the scores of this session will be used as an important basis for the selection of the Annual Outstanding Captain or Project Manager.

Open-source Specifications:

1. Teams from Mainland China and teams from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan: Log in to the RoboMaster Forum and post the open-source documents under "Operational Exchange-->Project Type", with the title of "[RM2024 Season Plan] University Name + Team Name + Season Plan"

2. Teams from overseas: Send the open-source season plan documents to robomaster@dji.com,  with the subject of "[RM2024 Season Plan] University Name + Team Name + Season Plan"
